* Location: in Cornton (near John Forty's Court, Stirling); quiet, undisturbed area with pleasant view and close to shop (Costcutter, with Post Office).
* About 20 minutes walk to university (or can get uni.-bus at John Forty's Court); about 15 minutes walk to Tesco; about 30 minutes walk to Bridge of Allan (or can get bus near-by).
* Bedrooms have double beds, desk, lamp, wardrobe, cupboard, window and curtains. House has kitchen, dining room, living room, stairs, bathroom and three bedrooms.
* T.V. (with some Sky channels including a Chinese one), unlimited wireless internet, gas central heating, gas cooker, and power all included in rent price:
* Couple = £290 per month. Single person = £270 per month. Non-smoking students only.
