因为现在申请工作签证很麻烦，而且公司要担一定的责任，所以很多公司都不办理工作签证了。你如果有psw的签证，需要和公司说明，如果是CV的话，上面最好要写清楚签证的类型和到期时间，很多公司在你psw签证到期后，如果你还在那里上班，是不会帮你办理工签的，公司一般都会把你辞退。大部分斯特林的毕业生找到工作的都是签的contract的工作，而不是permanent的。

问题1：PSW 是以前的 IGS, Fresh Talent， 在 Tier 1 的签证类别下，是不需要申请Work Permit的。申请人如果有学位和存款证明应该就能签下来。
