  Martin and Co is the UK's No.1 Letting Agent. We are seeking a dedicated, personable individual who is confident in a target driven environment. You will be a crucial point of contact for our customers and will join a busy team to help build a growing property letting business in Stirling.

  Company Information

  The role will involve a mixture of office based work as well as arranging and attending viewings at properties. A full clean driving license is essential. Some flexibility is required for clients who require early evening appointments due to their work commitments.

  We believe in rewarding performance and there will be a basic minimum (approximately 12K) which will be supplemented by a high incentive bonus structure with earnings OTE 20k.

  Skills and Qualifications

  You should be proficient in the use of computers, email, updating websites and customer contact databases to help contribute to excellent customer service and to the overall marketing process.
