Job description
The Research Associate role is project-driven, working to identify and contact individuals who would meet the specific brief given by the client. The Research Associate screens candidates and presents a shortlist to the Business Consultant for each project.
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety as the Research Associates work across a variety of sectors including Media/Telco, Retail, Financial Services, FMCG and the Public Sector.

We have an enviable track record, working with over 30% of the FTSE 100 as well as a large number of mid-sized and smaller companies across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We head-hunt for major retailers, management consultancies, investment banks, financial services companies, FMCG, media companies, major multinationals etc.
Skills and Qualifications
Applicants will need excellent communication skills and a very professional manner as they will be speaking to senior executives from the outset. Strong evidence of teamwork is important and this person must suit working in a fast moving, collaborative environment.
We are looking for people who have a genuine interest in the world of head-hunting and who wish to work in a highly people orientated business.
Applicants must have a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have a strong academic background.
