the sorry thing is I do not have valid system disk, but there is an easy way to do it:
go to internet, search XPos download, when you finish download, write the os to a free CD disk, after that, put the disk into your cd-rom, and restart you pc, follow the instructions to finish the setup.
before that, I recommend you backup your important files to another disk or a removeable disk.

I have tried this method, but when I inserted the disc which involved the xp os version, it did not work out, the only information available on the screen was 'Invalid system disk,Replace the disk and then press any key' however, I have pressed any key but it still no reaction.what I should do now? thanks
