A day trip by minibus to Rothesay on the Island of Bute. You’ll have a chance to experience the beautiful scenery of the island, visit the bays where seals are often found, and look around the castle ruins. All you need to bring other than yourself is a picnic!
Cost: £18
Where to meet: Queen’s Court at 8:30am, Saturday 14th April.

The town of Rothesay gathers around the north facing Rothesay Bay on the east side of the Isle of Bute. As the terminus for the 35 minute ferry crossing from Wemyss Bay, with onward rail connections to Glasgow, it remains a highly accessible resort: and the improvement and increased capacity of the ferry service in 2005 and 2006 reflects steadily improving fortunes after a number of decades of decline.
