驻英使馆教育处为广大留英学生推出在英实习项目
我处近日与英国高宝教育集团（Global Education Group plc）签署了中国留学生在英实习项目合作备忘录，旨在通过“中国留学生在英实习项目”网站为广大在英留学生提供在英国公司实习锻炼的机会平台。
近年来，我国留英学生数量有大幅增加，很多留学人员希望在学成回国之前有机会在英国公司得到实习锻炼的机会。同时，随着我国综合国力，特别是经济规模的稳步增长，众多英国企业也越来越重视中国市场开发与合作，也希望通过接受中国留学人员的积极参与，进一步了解中国市场情况，进一步增加与中国市场开发与合作的机会。然而由于缺乏就业渠道和相关信息，留英学生毕业后得到英国实地实习机会的难度也较大。为改变这种情况，我处特与高宝教育集团合作推出本项目。凡在驻英使馆教育处留学生报道登记系统报道登记的学生，取得“报到登记序列号（registration number）”的， 均可直接在高宝教育集团的“中国留学生在英实习项目”网站注册登记，高宝集团将根据具体情况，帮助联系在英国公司3-12月的实习。
参加本项目有助于留学生完善留学经历，提高回国就业竞争力，同时对中英企业间的合作发展也将产生积极的影响。驻英使馆教育处只提供上述信息，不参与网站的任何实际业务，也不存在任何商业利益，该项目的管理和协调工作完全由高宝集团负责。
该项目网站已经启动，感兴趣的同学可直接登陆www.globaltrainingsolution.com 或与该公司联系进行查询和登记。

“中国留学生在英实习项目”（The China-UK Internship Programme 简称CUIP）由中华人民共和国驻英国大使馆教育处与英国高宝教育集团（Global Education Group plc）旗下高宝培训有限公司（Global Training Solution Ltd.）独家联合推出。2006年3月，双方在英国签署项目合作备忘录，正式启动“中国留学生在英实习项目”。
“中国留学生在英实习项目”的设立，旨在为在英的中国留学生：
• 积累在英国公司实地工作的经验；
• 提供有针对性的面试技巧培训和提高工作中社交能力的培训；
• 提高留学生回国就业竞争力。
对于有意参与高速增长的中国市场，开展在华业务的英国公司，“中国留学生在英实习项目”也将带来不可多得的机遇：
• 发现有抱负的高素质人才；
• 提供了解来自不同文化背景员工合作的经验；
• 与未来中国专业与管理人才建立有效的联系；
• 切实推动企业在华业务战略的实施和发展。
英国高宝培训有限公司负责“中国留学生在英实习项目”的协调和管理工作，建立学生资料数据库并帮助学生联系选择在英实习单位。

Requirements:
High level of proficiency in English and Chinese (BA or equivalent in translation/English is preferable but not a must)
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Detail oriented and quality focused

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work both individually and as part of a team

Previous work experience in IT or other technical industries, IT and Software Development Skills are an advantage.
Ability to perform set tasks efficiently under pressure, both individually or as part of a team.
Good command of English language.
