No on street parking will be allowed from Dumbarton Road at its junction with Clay Toll Road, along to the junction with Albert Place and up to the Corn Exchange. Restrictions will also apply to Spittal Street, St John Street, Mar Place and Upper Castlehill.

A Central Scotland Police spokeswoman said: “We apologise for any inconvenience caused due to these restrictions being in place for most of the day. Any vehicles parked in these areas will be towed away and any recovery will be at the owner’s expense.”
